Carolina by providing education and training essential for managing a competitive construction company.

Charleston County, the cities of North Charleston and Charleston, the Trident Urban League, Trident Technical College, SC State University, the Carolina's Association of General Contractors, the Lowcountry Graduate Center, the Noisette Foundation, the Noisette Company, Chamber of Commerce and Trident Workforce Investment Board/Trident One Stop.
Classes consist of 14 weeks of training. Class size ranges from 15-24 students.
To increase the number of minority businesses qualified to provide goods and services to contractors in the
region, and increase the level of economic activity and local employment in the construction industry in the
tri-county area.
