Congratulations HUB Academy Spring Graduates!

2007 Spring Graduates
The Lowcountry HUB Contractors Business Academy celebrated their second graduating class at six o'clock on April 24, 2007. The ceremony was held at the Navy Yard's 10 Storehouse Row. The Noisette Foundation Director, Joanna Dees welcomed everyone to the event. Michelle Hawkins, the City of North Charleston's Building Inspector recognized the guests and sponsors followed by Theron Snype's inspiring message from the Consortium. Stephon Edwards from the Academy Alumni offered words of praise to the new graduates and Angie Perez, Donald McCutcheon, and Ryan Stoney spoke for the graduating class. The Certificate Ceremony was conducted by Kellee McGahey from the Lowcountry Graduate Center and Bill Spaulding from Trident Technical College. Ben Smith from the Charleston Contractors Association presented a check for $500 to the HUB Academy and encouraged the graduates participate in training and networking. In closing, Butch Clift of the Carolina's Associated General Contractors and Art Titus of the Noisette Company and John Knott, CEO of the Noisette Company offered words of wisdom and congratulations.
